We accept the following payment options: Credit and debit cards or Paypal
Credit and debit card transactions are handled through PayPal™ Pro, but you don’t need a PayPal account to make an order. We accept all Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo cards. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website when you place an order. You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment.
Please note: We currently do not accept American Express.
2) Postage and Delivery
Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed, before shipping.
NB. If you place an order on a Friday or over the weekend, it won’t be processed until the following week.
Please note that delivery time for UK orders is currently 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact us by sending an email to:
If part of your order is on preorder, you whole order will be shipped when the preordered item arrives.
a. Shipping in the UK:
Standard delivery by second class postage £2 - delivered within 3-5 working days. FOC over £50.
First Class delivery £4.00 - delivered within 1-3 working days.
First Class Signed for Delivery £5.00 - delivered within 1-3 working days
Next Day Delivery £8.00 - within 1-2 working day
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail. If you miss a delivery and the package won't fit through your letterbox, Royal Mail will leave a card. Please follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local Royal Mail depot.
We also offer free collection from our address in Newbury, Berkshire. If you wish to collect your order, we will email you our address once we have received your order confirmation.
b. International shipping:
We are happy to deliver outside of the UK, please contact us at for a quote to ship internationally. Delivery times are country specific.
Goods ordered from our Site for delivery outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
3) Out of Stock Items
Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in contact immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.
4) Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please email as soon as possible, stating why you would like to return the item. We will then provide you with the return address.
Items must be returned ‘as new’ for a refund or exchange. Any items which have been worn, washed or do not have all labels and tickets intact and attached will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless faulty. Package the unopened, unworn and unused item(s) and send it back to the address below. Please include the original delivery receipt with your return. We recommend using a trackable delivery service with proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item and postage & packing charges will apply for all exchanges.
Once your item is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, in no more than 30 days. The original postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item has been delivered, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, except in the case of faulty products.
5) Lost Parcels
If goods you have ordered from us do not arrive and you have received a despatch confirmation email, please let us know so we can track the lost parcel and arrange a replacement. We take no responsibility for parcels lost in the returns process. We will not issue a return or exchange in respect of goods that are not returned to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

We will not be held responsible for your use of other websites accessed via links from our website. Such links are not controlled by us nor do we endorse them. The website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding Amelia Rose Accessories and any transactions on or through it.
